 This question encourages us to reconsider a deeply ingrained societal bias that age inherently defines a person’s abilities, energy, or potential. In many contexts, especially in workplaces, people are often judged prematurely based on their chronological age rather than their actual skills, experience, or mindset. 

The real barrier often lies in perception. 

By shifting the focus away from age and instead looking at an individual’s actual capabilities, motivation, and adaptability, organisations can unlock hidden potential. This shift promotes inclusivity by valuing diverse perspectives that come from varied life and work experiences. It also improves effectiveness because decisions are made based on merit and competence rather than assumptions.
